Telecom Argentina SA (TECO2 AF) tumbled 6.2 percent to 15.15 pesos. Pampa Energia SA (PAMP AF), Argentina’s largest electricity group, dropped 2.9 percent to 1.35 pesos.

YPF SA (YPFD AF), Argentina’s biggest energy company, rose 1.3 percent to 77 pesos before today’s debate on President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner’s bill in the country’s lower house to nationalize 51 percent of the company.
