April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Allianz SE, Germany’s biggest insurer, is reorganizing its management board, Financial Times Deutschland reports, citing unidentified people from the insurance industry.
Chief Financial Officer Oliver Baete, responsible for controlling, reporting, and risk, will take on operating responsibility for a country in the foreseeable future and may be succeeded by Dieter Wemmer, the newspaper said. Maximilian Zimmerer is to take over Paul Achleitner’s finance department, the FTD said.
