Taiwan Stocks: Delta Electronics, Inotera Memories, Nanya Tech

April 19 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies had unusual moves in Taiwan trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the close in Taipei.

The benchmark Taiex Index rose 0.2 percent to 7,622.69.

Delta Electronics Inc. (2308 TT) advanced 3.5 percent to NT$90, the highest close since March 23. The company was raised to outperform, the equivalent of a buy rating, at Credit Suisse Group AG.

Inotera Memories Inc. (3474 TT) slid 4.4 percent to NT$7.57. The chipmaker reported a first-quarter loss of NT$4.45 billion ($150.82 million), compared with a NT$4 billion loss the same period a year earlier.

Nanya Technology Corp. (2408 TT) slumped by the 7 percent daily limit to NT$2.79, the biggest drop since May 6, 2009. The chipmaker reported a first-quarter loss of NT$10.3 billion, wider than the NT$8.9 billion average estimate by four analysts compiled by Bloomberg.
