China, Thailand Seek Trade of $100 Billion by 2015, Xinhua Says

April 18 (Bloomberg) -- China and Thailand aim to increase bilateral trade by 20 percent annually over the coming five years, reaching $100 billion by 2015, Xinhua News Agency reported, citing Chinese Vice Premier Wang Qishan.

The two nations aim to boost mutual investment by 15 percent, the official Chinese news service reported, citing Wang’s comments after a luncheon with visiting Thai officials including Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.

China and Thailand should strengthen cooperation in finance, tourism, agriculture and transport, Wang said, as cited by Xinhua.
