April 11 (Bloomberg) -- Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi & Ticaret AS, the Turkish manufacturer of commercial vehciles for Isuzu Motors Ltd., surged the most in six months after winning a 25 million-lira ($13.9 million) contract from the city of Manisa.
The shares jumped 6.6 percent to 10.40 liras at the close in Istanbul, the biggest gain since Oct. 10.
The company will deliver Isuzu Novo Citi model buses to the municipality in the second and third quarters of this year, Anadolu Isuzu said in a statement to the Istanbul Stock Exchange today. It didn’t say how many buses the contract covers.
