April 6 (Bloomberg) -- OAO Gazprom Neft, the oil producing arm of Russia’s natural-gas monopoly, is considering a bid for Hellenic Petroleum SA, Greece’s biggest refiner, Gazprom Neft Chief Executive Officer Alexander Dyukov said.
The St. Petersburg, Russia-based company, has not made a decision on whether to bid for the refinery, he said.
Greece plans to sell its stake in Athens-based Hellenic Petroleum this year.
