April 2 (Bloomberg) -- Hungary’s benchmark BUX stock index fell 0.3 percent to 18,578.36 as of the close in Budapest.
The following were among the most active equities in the Hungarian market today. Stock symbols follow company names.
OTP Bank Nyrt. (OTP HB), Hungary’s largest lender, added as much as 1.3 percent as the country’s manufacturing confidence index rose to the highest in a year in March. The stock last traded 0.2 percent lower at 3,820 forint.
Mol Nyrt. (MOL HB), Hungary’s largest refiner, jumped as much as 1 percent to 18,590 forint as oil climbed for a second day in New York. The company’s shares closed 0.4 percent lower.
