March 22 (Bloomberg) -- ArcelorMittal SA plans to sell six-year bonds in euros that may be priced to yield about 275 basis points more than the benchmark mid-swap rate, according to a banker involved in the transaction.
Credit Agricole CIB, Commerzbank AG, HSBC Holdings Plc and Societe Generale SA are active bookrunners for the transaction, the banker said. Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc and Banco Santander SA are passive bookrunners.
