March 21 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies had unusual price changes in Sao Paulo trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the close of trading. Preferred shares are usually the most-traded class of stock.

The Bovespa index lost 0.6 percent to 66,860.05.

Brasil Brokers Participacoes SA (BBRK3 BS) fell 4.6 percent to 7.22 reais, the biggest decline in four months. The real estate brokerage reported 2011 adjusted net income of 107 million reais ($58.6 million), trailing the average estimate for 125 million reais among seven analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.

Cia. Siderurgica Nacional SA (CSNA3 BS) declined 3.7 percent to 18.54 reais, the biggest drop since Dec. 8. Brazil’s third-largest steelmaker was cut to the equivalent of sell from neutral by analysts including Leonardo Correa at Barclays Plc. The analysts cited sluggish growth at the company’s mining unit and said CSN’s outperformance relative to Vale SA is unjustified.

Embraer SA (EMBR3 BS) gained 4 percent to 14.20 reais, the highest in more than a year. The world’s fourth-largest plane maker said sales rose 9.7 percent in the fourth quarter to 3.67 billion reais, above the estimates of all three analysts surveyed by Bloomberg.
