March 14 (Bloomberg) -- Spain’s Supreme Court is studying the awarding of an underground gas-storage project to Actividades de Construccion & Servicios SA, El Economista reported, citing a court filing.
Spanish company Rio Cenia brought the case with the object of getting Madrid-based ACS’s contract canceled, the newspaper said. An ACS spokesman declined to comment.
