Amil Participacoes SA (AMIL3 BS) dropped 1.6 percent to 18.70 reais. The health insurer was cut to neutral from buy by analysts including Joao Carlos dos Santos at Banco BTG Pactual SA, according to a research note today. The analysts cited “gloomier operating prospects” and the company’s valuation.
Cetip SA - Mercados Organizados (CTIP3 BS) fell 3.9 percent to 32 reais. Brazil’s biggest securities clearing house was cut to equal weight from overweight by analysts including Henrique Caldeira at Barclays Capital, according to a research note today. The rating indicates that Barclays expects the stock to perform in line with its sector, according to the note.
