March 6 (Bloomberg) -- DC Advisory Partners, formerly known as Close Brothers Corporate Finance, hired Sergio Ronga as a managing director in its debt group.
Ronga moves from Macquarie Group Ltd., where he was a managing director in the debt advisory team, London-based DC Advisory said in an e-mailed statement today. He will advise clients in the infrastructure and social service sectors working alongside managing directors Jonathan Trower and Ciara O’Neill, according to the statement.
DC Advisory was formed when Japanese securities firm Daiwa Securities Group Inc. bought the corporate finance division of European investment bank Close Brothers Group Plc in May 2009.
