In Oklahoma, 62 percent of the winter wheat got the top ratings, down from 67 percent the previous week, the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service said today on its website. In Texas, 33 percent of the winter wheat received the top ratings, improving from 31 percent a week earlier, the USDA said.
