Demarolle’s Alura Acquires Stake in Latecoere, Figaro Reports

March 3 (Bloomberg) -- Alura Capital Partners acquired more than 2 percent of French aerospace company Latecoere SA, the French daily Le Figaro reported, citing unidentified sources.

Alura, founded in 2010 by Alain Demarolle, a former adviser to ex-French Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin and an Eton Park International banker, notified the company of the purchase, the newspaper said.
