Feb. 29 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies had unusual price changes in Mexico trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 3 p.m. Mexico City time.
The IPC index fell 0.5 percent to 37,816.69.
Empresas Ica SAB (ICA* MM), the country’s biggest construction company, fell 4 percent to 23.59 pesos. Shares have declined every day since the company’s Feb. 27 earnings report, which showed total debt increased in the fourth quarter.
Grupo Mexico SAB (GMEXICOB MM), the country’s largest mining company, fell 2 percent to 40.49 pesos. Copper for May delivery declined in New York.
Industrias Penoles SAB (PE&OLES* MM), Mexico’s largest silver producer, slipped 3.1 percent to 637.41 pesos. Silver futures for May delivery fell in New York.
