Feb. 27 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies had unusual price changes in Peru trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 4:10 p.m. Lima time.
The Lima General Index fell 0.4 percent to 22,729.93. The MSCI All Peru Capped Index slid 0.4 percent to 2,880.67.
Rio Alto Mining Ltd. (RIO PE) gained for a ninth day, adding 4 percent to $4.68, after rising earlier to a record $4.69. The gold producer rose along with gains in metal prices and U.S. stocks, said Arlen Lahura, a trader at Lima-based brokerage Coril SAB. Panoro Minerals Ltd. (PML PE), a Canadian copper and gold exploration company, climbed 1.4 percent to 73 cents.
Maple Energy Plc (MPLE PE), the oil and natural gas producer with operations in Peru, fell 3 percent to $1.30 after crude declined in New York.
