Feb. 13 (Bloomberg) -- The Czech Republic’s PX stock index climbed 2 percent to 1,010.4 by its close in Prague, erasing a 1.9 percent decline last week.
The following were among the most active equities in the Czech market today. Stock symbols follow company names.
AAA Auto Group NV (AAA CP) gained the most in almost four weeks, rising 3.2 percent to 18.6 koruna. The Czech used-car dealer may report a record profit for 2011 of more than 7 million euros ($9.3 million), Lidove Noviny newspaper reported today, citing Chief Executive Officer Anthony Denny.
Erste Group Bank AG (RBAG CP) of Austria jumped 2 percent to 475 koruna. Komercni Banka AS (KOMB CP), the Czech unit of Societe Generale SA, rose 2.9 percent to 3,710 koruna.
Global stocks rallied, with financial companies among the biggest gainers after Greek lawmakers approved a fiscal-austerity bill needed to secure emergency funding.
