U.S. Auto Battery Shipments Fell in December: Summary

Feb. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Replacement automobile battery shipments fell in December, according to the Battery Council International.

Shipments of replacement vehicle batteries fell to 9.34 million units, while original-equipment battery shipments rose to 1.154 million units from the same period last year.
