Jan. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Bank of Nova Scotia, Canada’s third-largest bank by assets, said it’s rebranding its wholesale financial units under the Scotiabank banner.
Scotia Capital, ScotiaMocatta and Scotia Waterous operations have taken on the Scotiabank name, the Toronto-based bank said in a statement today.
The entire wholesale financial services business line will be known as Global Banking and Markets. The division offers securities and investment banking advice to corporate, government and institutional clients worldwide.
Scotiabank said it has more than 30 such offices globally.
