Jan. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Greece’s political parties owe banks a combined 245 million euros ($318 million), Kathimerini reported, citing Interior Minister Anastasios Giannitsis.
Political parties got almost 521 million euros in state funding over the last ten years, plus an extra 42 million euros in special funding for election campaigns, the Athens-based newspaper said on its website.
