Nickel producers: Nickel futures advanced 3.6 percent to $20,200 a metric ton in London yesterday, the steepest increase since Dec. 16. PT International Nickel Indonesia (INCO IJ), the nation’s biggest producer of the metal, increased 4.4 percent to 3,575 rupiah and PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM IJ), the second largest, climbed 0.6 percent to 1,730 rupiah.
PT Energi Mega Persada (ENRG IJ): Indonesia’s second-biggest listed oil company may seek a loan to refinance its $200 million debt at Credit Suisse Group, Kontan reported, citing Herwin Hidayat, head of investor relations at the company. Energi Mega fell 2.4 percent to 205 rupiah.
PT Summarecon Agung (SMRA IJ): The property developer expects revenue this year to rise 20 percent to 2.4 trillion rupiah ($267 million), Bisnis Indonesia reported, citing Finance Director Michael Yong. Net income may increase 20 percent to 360 billion rupiah, Bisnis reported. Summarecon climbed 0.8 percent to 1,250 rupiah.
