Morgan Stanley Names Grossman to Replace Barron as Legal Officer

Jan. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Morgan Stanley named Eric Grossman to be its next chief legal officer as Frank Barron retires this year, according to a memo from Chief Executive Officer James Gorman.

Mark Lake, a spokesman for the New York-based firm, confirmed the contents of the memo, a copy of which was obtained by Bloomberg News.
