Jan. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Denizbank AS, the Turkish bank owned by Dexia SA of Belgium, rejected sharing confidential information with the Turkish unit of HSBC Holdings Plc, Star newspaper reported, without saying how it got the information.
Denizbank officials only agreed to share confidential information with the visiting top managers of HSBC at a recent meeting for a possible sale of Denizbank to HSBC, the Istanbul-based newspaper said.
