Few Women Directors, Excessive Pay Are U.K. ‘Failings,’ FT Says

Dec. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Executive pay that “got out of line” and a lack of women on corporate boards are some of the U.K.’s “key failings,” the Financial Times said, citing for the Institute of Directors Director-General Simon Walker.

Things “could get worse before they get better” in 2012, the FT cited Walker as saying in a New Year’s message.
