Airports of Thailand (AOT TB): Shares of the nation’s biggest operator of airfields will trade today without the right to a dividend. The stock was unchanged at 46 baht.
Bank of Ayudhya (BAY TB): The nation’s fifth-biggest bank by assets is seeking approval from Thailand’s central bank to acquire HSBC Holdings Plc’s credit-card and consumer loans business in Thailand, the Bangkok Post reported, citing an unidentified source in the banking industry. The shares were unchanged at 22.1 baht.
PTT Pcl (PTT TB): Thailand’s largest energy company will shut down its Yetagun gas field in Myanmar from Dec. 29 to Jan. 6 to perform maintenance, it said in a statement yesterday. The shares fell 0.6 percent to 317 baht.
