Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- Ukraine’s grain exports declined in the first 19 days of December to 1.06 million metric tons from 1.34 million tons a month earlier, UkrAgroConsult said.
Corn exports accounted for 817,800 tons, the Kiev-based agriculture researcher said today in e-mailed statement. Shipments went to South Korea, Spain and Lebanon. Wheat exports were 201,600 tons and the grain was exported to Israel, the researcher said.
Another 856,400 tons of corn, 148,000 tons of wheat and 16,500 tons of barley will be shipped from ports in the near future, according to UkrAgroConsult.
