Dec. 21 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies are having unusual price changes in Bogota trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of 11:44 a.m. local time.
The IGBC Index gained 0.1 percent to 12,659.15, while the Colcap Index declined 0.2 percent to 1,577.05.
Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores SA (AVAL CB), Banco de Bogota’s parent company, fell 2.5 percent to 1,190 pesos.
Colombian banks declined after Finance Minister Juan Carlos Echeverry announced a new decree under which banks will be able to charge a maximum 3,965 pesos for withdrawals from automated teller machines outside their networks.
Ecopetrol SA (ECOPETL CB), Colombia’s largest oil company, gained 0.4 percent to 4,235 pesos. Oil prices rose for a third day as inventories declined the most in a decade.
