Dec. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of the following companies may have unusual moves in Thailand trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and prices are as of the previous close in Bangkok, unless otherwise stated.
The SET Index fell 0.51 point to 1,033.55.
Land & Houses Pcl (LH TB): The nation’s biggest homebuilder said its Land & Houses Bank Pcl subsidiary received approval from Thailand’s finance ministry to become a full-service commercial bank. The shares fell 0.8 percent to 6.1 baht.
Sri Trang Agro-Industry Pcl (STA TB): The country’s biggest publicly traded rubber producer sold 2.15 billion baht ($69 million) of three-year and five-year bonds to refinance debt and fund expansion, the company said in a regulatory filing yesterday. The shares fell 1.1 percent to 17.8 baht.
Tapaco Pcl (TAPAC TB): The producer of plastic parts used in office equipment said full-year net income fell 14 percent to 39.8 million baht. The shares dropped 1.3 percent to 2.94 baht.
Tisco Financial Group Pcl (TISCO TB): The finance company will pay at least 50 percent of its annual net income as a dividend, it said in a regulatory filing today. The shares rose 1.3 percent to 38 baht.
