Dec. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Lloyds Banking Group Plc may appoint two new non-executive directors as soon as next month, the Sunday Telegraph newspaper reported, without citing anyone.
The appointments are in the final stages of approval with the Financial Services Authority, the Telegraph said.
Lloyds Chairman Win Bischoff, who turns 71 next year, may announce his retirement at the company’s 2013 annual meeting, the newspaper reported.
Nicole Sharp, a Lloyds spokeswoman in London, declined to comment on the appointments when contacted by phone today.
