Dec. 18 (Bloomberg) -- 3i Group Plc formed a group to bid for Edinburgh airport, the Sunday Times reported, citing people it didn’t identify.
The group includes Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd. and Prudential Plc’s M&G Investment Management Ltd., the newspaper said. BAA, owned by Ferrovial SA, may get more than 500 million pounds ($777 million) for the airport, it said.
