Dec. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Virgin Group Ltd. Chairman Richard Branson is considering setting up a fund to make small loans to entrepreneurs in the U.K., The Times reported, citing an interview.
The fund would be similar to so-called microfinance funds operating in India and Africa, Branson was cited as saying.
He also recommended employees working fewer hours and sharing their jobs as a means of reducing unemployment in the U.K., and said he will discuss his proposals with Prime Minister David Cameron, the London-based newspaper reported.
