Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Cinven Ltd., the private-equity firm that owns PizzaExpress, is considering a 150 million-pound ($235 million) takeover bid for Mothercare Plc, the Sunday Telegraph said.
Cinven’s assessment for a potential cash offer is at an early stage and there is no certainty of a takeover, the newspaper said, citing an unidentified source.
Cinven spokeswoman Vanessa Maydon declined to comment when contacted by phone today.
