Dec. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Iran plans to add 21 oil tankers to its national fleet by the end of 2013, the Tehran Times reported, citing an oil official.
The addition will raise the Middle East nation’s crude transportation capacity to 180 million tons annually, the newspaper added.
Iran has 49 oil tankers in operation, the Tehran-based newspaper said, citing Mohammad Souri, managing director of National Iranian Oil Co.
