Copper May Fall on Concern Chinese Economy Slowing: LME Preview

Dec. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Copper may decline in London after a report showed China’s non-manufacturing industries contracted, raising concerns that the economy is slowing in the biggest metals-consuming nation.

-- Copper fell $4.75, or 0.1 percent, to $7,885.25 a metric ton
by 7:55 a.m. on the London Metal Exchange. Relative Strength
Index 57.9.
-- Aluminum declined 0.9 percent to $2,110 a ton. RSI 49.6.
-- Zinc dropped 1.2 percent to $2,027 a ton. RSI 56.9.
-- Lead fell 0.5 percent to $2,099 a ton. RSI 57.1.
-- Nickel declined 0.6 percent to $17,629 a ton. RSI 47.5.
-- Tin fell 0.5 percent to $19,900 a ton. RSI 38.2.
