Aneka, Borneo Lumbung, Japfa Comfeed: Indonesia Equity Preview

The Jakarta Composite index rose 1.8 percent to 3,781.10.

Nickel producers: Nickel for three-month delivery fell 4.3 percent to $16,750 a metric ton in London yesterday, the biggest drop since Nov. 1. PT International Nickel Indonesia (INCO IJ), the nation’s largest producer of the metal, rose 2.5 percent to 3,125 rupiah and PT Aneka Tambang (ANTM IJ), the second biggest, gained 2.4 percent to 1,680 rupiah.

PT Borneo Lumbung Energi & Metal (BORN IJ): The coking coal producer may spend $600 million on capital expenditure in 2012 and 2013 to increase production and for land expansion, Bisnis Indonesia reported, citing Corporate Secretary Geroad Panji Alamsyah Jusuf. The Company allocated $200 million for capital expenditure this year, report said. Borneo Lumbung advanced 3.7 percent to 840 rupiah.

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia (JPFA IJ): The animal feed producer plans to sell 1.5 trillion rupiah ($165 million) of bonds for capital expenditure, working capital and to refinance debt, the company said in a statement published in Bisnis Indonesia. Japfa gained 1.1 percent to 4,550 rupiah.
