Schuler Signs Syndicated Loan Agreement Totaling EU450 Million

Nov. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Schuler AG said it signed a new syndicated loan agreement totaling 450 million euros ($623 million). The agreement replaces an existing one and has “significantly improved” terms, saving the company about 10 million euros in interest expenses this fiscal year.
