Uganda’s Revenue Agency Beats Tax-Collection Goal, Monitor Says

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Uganda’s Revenue Authority collected 1.35 trillion shillings ($527 million) of tax during the first quarter, ahead of its own 1.34 trillion-shilling target, because of improved compliance, the Daily Monitor reported, citing acting Commissioner General Patrick Mukiibi.
