Metalloinvest Elects Ex-UBS Executive Ken Costa to Board

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Metalloinvest, Russia’s largest iron ore producer, said it elected Ken Costa, a former vice chairman of UBS AG’s investment bank, as an independent board member, according to a statement on website late yesterday.

Vadim Levin, a former deputy chief executive officer of Russia’s state-run VTB Bank, also became a new independent board member, Metalloinvest said.
