Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Endesa SA said its Endesa Latinoamerica SA unit will offer 1.07 real for each lot of 1,000 outstanding shares of Brazilian power generator and distributor Ampla Energia e Servicos SA, according to a regulatory filing sent to Brazil’s securities regulator CVM.
Endesa also offered 54.76 reais for each lot of 1,000 outstanding shares of Brazilian power distributor Ampla Investimentos e Servicos SA, according to a separate filing. Endesa will take the companies private after the public offer is concluded, the statement said.
Ampla said in an Oct. 4 statement that Endesa planned to buy all of its outstanding shares.
