Cyprus Says 2.5 Billion-Euro Loan Agreement Signed With Russia

Russia agreed to lend 2.5 billion euros to Cyprus, with the first tranche to be disbursed toward the end of the year, Cypriot Finance Minister Kikis Kazamias said in an interview today.
