NOTE: The property return index is compiled by adding the annual rate
      of return from leasing a property to the property’s rate of
      appreciation for the past six months and to the property’s expected
      appreciation rate for the next six months. The resulting figure is
      divided by an average rate of return from a bank deposit.
      A figure less then one indicates that bank deposits have a higher
      average return than residential real estate in the capital.
      Property price percentage changes are calculated by Bloomberg.
