Former Nokia CEO Kallasvuo Among Top Finnish Earners, HS Reports

Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Olli-Pekka Kallasvuo, the former chief executive officer of Nokia Oyj, was among the top earners in Finland last year, newspaper Helsingin Sanomat reported, citing records released today by the Finnish Tax Administration.

Kallasvuo had wage income of 8.7 million euros ($12 million) in 2010, including the compensation he was paid upon leaving Nokia, the Helsinki-based newspaper said.

Sampo Oyj Chief Executive Officer Kari Stadigh earned a total of 5.6 million euros, Kone Oyj Chief Matti Alahuhta had about 4 million euros income including capital gains. Bjoern Wahlroos, Chairman of Nordea Bank AB, Sampo and UPM-Kymmene Oyj, had more than 8 million euros in capital gains, the newspaper said.
