China’s Zhuhai Won’t Grant Licenses For High Price Home Sales

Nov. 1 (Bloomberg) -- Zhuhai city in the southern Chinese province of Guangdong won’t grant licenses for advance sale of homes if prices exceed 11,285 yuan per square meter, according to a statement on the city government’s website.

The city will allow only one new home purchase per family in the city’s central district, the statement said.
