Acadia Healthcare Readies U.S. Bond Offering: New Issue Alert

Acadia Healthcare Co., the operator of behavioral health centers, is among borrowers planning to sell at least $3.46 billion of bonds in the U.S., according to data compiled by Bloomberg.

Companies sold $8.6 billion of bonds yesterday, the data show. They’ve issued $949.7 billion of bonds this year, compared with $944 billion in the similar period of 2010, Bloomberg data show.
