Egypt Orders Resolution of Problems Facing Developers, Mal Says

Sept. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Egypt’s ruling military council ordered the Ministry of Housing to resolve problems facing real-estate developers, Al Mal reported, citing a letter from the council dated Sept. 10.

The council directed the ministry to respect previously-signed contracts for the sale of government land to property developers and expedite licenses for contractors, the Cairo-based business daily said.
