Sept. 22 (Bloomberg) -- The following companies may be active in Russian trading. Stock symbols are in parentheses and share prices are from the previous close of trading in Moscow.
The 30-stock Micex Index fell 0.8 percent to 1,507.25. The dollar-denominated RTS Index declined 1.1 percent to 1,518.64.
TNK-BP Holding (TNBP RX): The board of directors of BP Plc.’s Russian oil venture is meeting to decide who will be selected as the company’s chief executive officer, Viktor Vekselberg, one of the billionaire shareholders, said in an interview last week. The shares fell 0.2 percent to 83.09 rubles.
OAO TransContainer (TRCN RX): The container transportation unit of railroad monopoly OAO Russian Railways is reporting first-half financial results no later than 5 p.m. in Moscow. Shares jumped 0.5 percent to 3,266.60 rubles.
OAO Uralkali (URKA RX): The world’s biggest potash producer is reporting first-half financial results. Shares fell 3.2 percent to 286.69 rubles.
