Romain Zaleski May Sell Alior Bank by 2012, Il Sole Says

Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Carlo Tassara SpA, the holding company owned by French investor Romain Zaleski, may sell its Polish lender Alior Bank SA by next year, Il Sole 24 Ore reported, without saying where it obtained the information.

OAO Sberbank, Russia’s largest bank, and several unidentified private-equity funds are among companies interested in Alior, the Italian newspaper said.
