Sept. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Jeff Conrad, the president of Hancock Agricultural Investment Group, is retiring as of Sept. 30.
Conrad will be replaced by Oliver Williams, Boston-based company spokesman Brian Carmichael said in an e-mail. Hancock Agricultural Investment Group manages $1.4 billion in real estate, covering 230,000 acres of farmland in the U.S., as well as 6,000 acres in Australia and 1,000 acres in Canada. The company is a unit of Toronto-based Manulife Financial Corp., Canada’s largest insurer.
