Sept. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Metro AG Chief Executive Officer Eckhard Cordes is likely to remain in his position until November, Spiegel magazine reported, citing unidentified people close to the Haniel family, the company’s main shareholder.
Cordes’s contract remains unlikely to be extended, the magazine reported in an e-mailed preview of the article. He is is scheduled to make a presentation to the supervisory board about the future of the company in November.
