BLife Reschedules Pricing of Share Sale to Later This Month

Sept. 15 (Bloomberg) -- BLife Investment Corp., a Tokyo-based real estate investment trust, delayed the pricing of a public share sale to between Sept. 27 and 29 from today, according to a filing with Japan’s finance ministry.

BLife said on Sept. 5 that it planned to sell as many as 41,800 shares to raise as much as 19.3 billion yen ($251 million).
